Do I have to create my formula to purchase the products?

For our Facial Moisturizer and Facial Cleanser, yes. The questions helps us create your unique formula, which is hyper-individual and personalized to meet your needs.

You may purchase the Body Stick, Lip Balm and Mask Relief Mist directly on our product page.

Can I change my answers after receiving my results?

Yes, you can answer our skin care questions at any time to change your formulation.

Please note that if you already placed an order with us, but provided new answers to our questions after doing so, your order won’t automatically update to reflect your new results. If you wish to make a change to your order using new results, please cancel your original order, answer our questions again, and place a new order.

After the cancelation window, we  cannot  accept any changes, however, you can always make changes for your next order.

Your answers will be saved in your account so you don’t need to answer our questions every time you place a new order. However, we encourage you to update your answers every 6-12 months since you may have new skin concerns or lifestyle preferences.

Can I select specific ingredients to add to or remove from my products?

Unfortunately, we cannot remove some of our key ingredients. However, if you have a specific need that you can’t report while creating your formula, please send an email with your request to orders@untamedhumans.com.


How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by logging into the site and clicking on “My Orders” within your account page.

I have a specific question about my order, how do I reach you?

You can send an email to orders@untamedhumans.com if you have questions for us.  We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days.

How do I cancel an order?

Order cancellations need to be submitted by 11:59pm the same day the order was placed.

What do I do if my order still hasn’t arrived after 7 days?

If your order hasn’t arrived within that timeframe, please email us at  orders@untamedhumans.com.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Do you offer samples?

Because each order is personalized, we do not offer samples.


How do subscriptions work?

You can sign up to receive your favorite products automatically, on a recurring basis. When signed up, you will automatically receive your product on the specific schedule you elected (every month, every two. . .etc.). Your credit card will be automatically charged on the day of your refill. With your subscription, you will receive 10% off on your first order and all recurring orders.

Will I be notified before my next subscription ships?

Yes, you will receive an email approximately 5 days before your next shipment in case you need to make any changes.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Log into your account on untamedhumans.com. Go to the “My Subscriptions” tab. From here you can do any of the following:

  • 1. Get your next delivery earlier than scheduled.
  • 2. Updated shipping and credit card information.
  • 3. Put your subscription on hold.
  • 4. Cancel your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account at Untamedhumans.com and going to the “My Subscriptions” tab.

Product subscriptions will renew at the products full retail price less 10%. Any coupons that were applied in and above this discount do not carry forward to subsequent subscription orders.


How do I calculate shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the ZIP code you provide.

All orders over $50 include free shipping within the US.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your product has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, though times may vary based on factors outside of our control.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Our shipping carrier is USPS, and orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find your tracking numbers within your account page on our website.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Untamed Humans purchase. You can return any product(s) within 30 days of your original order.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, email your first and last name, order number and reason for return to   returns@untamedhumans.com.   We aim to respond to emails within two business days.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue a refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. Those funds will show up in your account once your payment partner (credit card or mobile wallet app) approves the transfer, which typically takes 5-7 business days.


How do I purchase a gift card for someone?

Gift cards can be purchased by going to the gifts page. You have the option to either buy a physical gift card that will be delivered gift wrapped – or purchase a digital gift card.

Can I use coupons or discount codes to purchase a gift card?

No, coupons and discounts cannot be applied to a Gift card purchase.

How can I redeem a gift card?

If you received a gift card, just enter the code into the gift card input at checkout. The balance will be automatically deducted from your order. If you did not sure the entire gift card value, it will remain on the gift card to be used on your next purchase. Any balance due beyond the value of the gift card can be paid via credit card or PayPal.

Gift cards can be used toward product and shipping charges; however, gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Can I return a product I purchased with a gift card?

The promotional card itself is not returnable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except as required by law. If returning an item that was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the user in the form of a new gift card.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

All Untamed Humans gift cards and e-gift cards should be treated like cash: they connect be replaced if lost, stolen, altered or destroyed. Untamed Humans gift cards have no expiration date (unless indicated otherwise) and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (except as required by law). No fees will be charged against the unused balance of the gift cards.


How do you create your products?

We use a proprietary algorithm and patented machine for product customization. We take the information you provide while creating your formula and use it to engineer a unique formulation that is suited to your skin’s needs. Each order is created from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients.

What is the shelf life of the product?

The shelf life of each product is 12 months.

Where should I store my products?

Please keep your product(s) out of direct sunlight, stored at room temperature.  If you don’t plan to use your product right away, you can put it in the refrigerator to keep it as fresh as possible, but refrigeration isn’t required.

Do your products contain preservatives?

We use only natural and  EcoCert  preservatives. Skin care products need to be preserved in order to prevent microbial spoilage, which is unsafe for people.

Do you use parabens?

No, our products do not contain any sulfates, mineral oils or silicones.

Do you use any synthetic fragrances?

No, our scents are natural and do not contain synthetic fragrances.

Is your product cruelty-free?

Yes, Untamed Humans products are cruelty-free.

Are your products non-comedogenic?

Yes, all our products are non-comedogenic.

What are the benefits of CBD?

CBD skincare (without THC) is a safe, effective and non-invasive alternative that can relieve some skin disorders, such as dehydration, transepidermal water loss, elasticity, irritation, and other inflammatory disorders.

To ensure effectiveness, we guarantee the amounts that will be added to your formulation with CBD.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

It is extremely unlikely that our products will cause any issues for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. However, please consult with your physician if you have any concerns.

Are your products safe to use if I have allergies?

If you have allergies, we recommend you share the list of product ingredients with your physician prior to use to ensure you won’t experience any adverse reactions.

I just started using Untamed Humans products and my skin is having a reaction, what should I do?

Please stop using the product(s) and reach out to us at orders@untamedhumans.com letting us know you’ve had a reaction.  We’ll work with you to help determine the best course of action to take.


Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, our packaging is recyclable. We also encourage you to repurpose and reuse it!

Olga, an organic chemist passionate about skincare, and Mimi, an accomplished business and brand strategist came together to innovate a stagnant and impersonal industry.
